Meet the Cast of BOOGIE WOOGIE HOLIDAYS: Melissa Schott

MEET MELISSA SCHOTT:

Melissa’s national credits include CIRQUE DU SOLEIL’S BANANA SHPEEL, choreographed by Jared Grimes and directed by David Shiner, and Irving Berlin’s WHITE CHRISTMAS, choreographed by Tony Award Winning Choreographer, Randy Skinner, and directed by Tony Award Winning Director, Walter Bobbie. Locally, favorite roles include Peggy in Footlite’s 42ND STREET, Patsy Cline in ACT’s ALWAYS, PATSY CLINE, and Millie in Indianapolis Civic Theatre’s THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE. Recording for MTI’s Broadway Jr. and Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Theatricals has found her playing Ruth in THE PIRATES OF PENZANCE, Violet Beauregarde and Mrs. Gloop in WILLY WONKA & THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, and The Witch in INTO THE WOODS. Recently, she was excited to join Music K-8 Magazine as Choreographer for musical projects nationwide. Melissa is Director of Dance Connection, The IndyChannel A-List’s 2011 Best Dance Studio In Indianapolis.
