Button up your overcoats and get ready to travel to beautiful downtown Indianapolis for the BOBDIREX Holiday Special, Boogie Woogie Holidays. This show promises to be a great big bundle of joy by combining Big Band Music with your favorite Holiday tunes and space to dance with your favorite Santa.
The show features a 7 piece band selected from INDY Cool City and 6 or our best entertainers including LYN SIGMAN – One of Broadway’s “Dreamgirls,” who traveled internationally with DREAMGIRLS, STARLIGHT EXPRESS, and CATS and MELISSA SCHOTT – Just returned from the National Tour of Cirque du Soleil’s BANANA SHPEEL. Other cast members are KARLTON D. TURNER, KATY GENTRY, MIKAYLA A. REEDand MATT PATTERSON.
All performances are at the Athenaeum Theatre, 401 East Michigan Street at Massachusetts Avenue. All performances are at 7:30pm with a matinee at 3pm on December 11. Boogie Woogie Holidays is a BOBDIREX production in association with the Athenaeum Docent Club. The theatre has a full bar–street parking available.
